During the year there are many Outdoor Activities where you can get out, meet friends and get some exercise.
Low Level Walks are graded to suit people's needs so there is an opportunity to walk and rest or if you want to have a longer walk there is that opportunity as well.
Environment Days can be either working alongside the Wildlife Trust, working on a farm learning about organic food processes and healthy living.
Water Activities include Kayaking, Canoeing, Sailing, Water Skiing or Dragon Boating.
Normally you would need to bring Waterproofs and a Packed Lunch, we have designated Pick Up Points: Howick House, Preston Rail and Preston Bus Stations, for those in the Morecambe or Lancaster area should contact the Morecambe office on 01524 414846.
Details of the 2012 Outdoor Pursuits can be found on the Activities News page.
