Howick House comprises an elegant former Mansion now converted to offices and set within extensive grounds in a semi-rural location. The offices are occupied by Galloway's and a range of other third Sector users.

There are office suites situated on the first and ground floor with a shared reception facility on the ground floor and offering the opportunity to hire a range of additional meeting/conference facilities and the chance to network with other charitable organisations.

All our offices are available to Charities and other "Not for Profit" organisations and offer generous flexible lease terms. Set in an attractive location with ample on-site parking they also benefit from a fully staffed reception facility during normal business hours.

Howick House is situated in Penwortham approximately 3 miles to the south of Preston City Centre with access via the A59 Liverpool Road. Penwortham offers a full range of retail and community facilities and is well served by public transport.
