If you would like to go sailing, canoeing, climbing, driving, play cricket, or take part in our archery, rifle shooting or chair-based exercise groups, then get in touch. We also run a very popular walking group for people who want to get out and enjoy the countryside.
There is something for everyone and all we ask is that you are fit enough to take part in your chosen activity and are willing to give it a go.
